Hello friends!
 
March is one of my favorite months. There is just something in the air at this time of year that is so welcoming and inspiring. Perhaps it is the light brush of the breeze that hints at the transition from winter, a time of hibernation, into spring, a time of new blossoms, rebirth and promise.

It’s the perfect time to get outdoors and play with the nature angels! And it’ s a perfect to plant the seeds that will bloom into your fondest desires.

While you are out in nature, focus on your heart and ask it what it truly desires. The fairies love to assist in this process. Whether you are aware of their presence or not, just let your thoughts flow and pay attention to what comes up for you. Then begin to make your desires a priority. Even if you devote just 5 minutes a day or take one tiny baby step a week toward your dreams, you are doing wonders to co-create miracles in your life.

  Archangel Chamuel Comes Through  

The angels, archangels, and ascended masters never cease to amaze me! I want to share a little story about how Archangel Chamuel helped me the other day.

When I went to go out last Saturday night and went to the closet to get my leather jacket, where it always hangs, it was not there. I looked everywhere, in every closet but couldn’t find it anywhere. I had gotten the jacket in Spain and I love it, so I was anxious about where it might be. I knew anxiety and worry wouldn’t get my jacket back, however, so I turned to my spiritual tools and asked the angels for help. The first advice I “got” from them was to let it go and stop going over it in my mind. Much easier said than done.

I did remember that the last time I wore the jacket was when I visited friends in Orlando – a month ago! When I called to see if I had left it there, they told me they would look. But alas, they did not find it in their home.

Then I thought about Archangel Chamuel, the angel who helps find things that are seemingly lost. You see, nothing is really ever lost because God knows where everything is. So I said the following prayer (found in Doreen Virtue’s Archangels and Ascended Masters book): “Archangel Chamuel, I seem to have lost my leather jacket. I know that nothing is truly lost, since God is everywhere, and therefore, can see where everything is.
Please guide me to find what I’m looking for. Thank you, Chamuel.”  

The first thing that came to me upon saying the prayer was “It’s closer than you think.” I also picked some cards from the Mermaids and Dolphins deck, which told me “You’re Being Helped,” “Watch Your Thoughts” and “Stay Optimistic.” O.K. So I envisioned myself finding the coat and feeling the relief and joy.

Later that night, as I was going to sleep, I felt drawn to get up out of bed and look, once again, in my husband’s closet. It was as if I knew right where to go. As I started looking through the clothes, I thought about what jacket my husband had in Orlando. I went to that jacket and looked underneath it.
There was my leather jacket, so nicely hidden under his jacket on the hanger!

Angel Greetings and Blessings!

First and foremost, I want to let you know about an important date coming up. On Sunday, it will be April 4 – or 4/4/04. What better day could there be to have a Global Angel Peace Prayer! Read on…


444 Global Angel Peace Prayer

Please join Doreen Virtue and James Van Praagh for a Global Angel Peace Prayer on April 4, 2004 at 4:44 p.m. The numbers 444 mean, “The angels are with you, and are helping you.” The 2004 calendar gives us the unique date of 04-04-04 and the angels have asked us to join together in unified prayer on that day at 4:44 in the afternoon in time zones all around the world. Please join us at 4:44 p.m. in your time zone, to create an encompassing circle of prayer and visualizations for a peaceful world. The angels' power will amplify our prayers and intentions, and spread healing love and light across the globe.

If for some reason, you cannot pause right at 4:44, just take a moment at any time on that day and set your intention to join all the angels and lightworkers who are praying for peace that day. Your prayers will be heard and felt!

You may say your own prayer, meditate in silence, or use the following prayer, which Doreen will be reading:

“On this fourth day of the fourth month at the hour of four and forty-four minutes, we call upon ALL of the earth's angels for help, guidance, protection, and assistance.

Angels, please help us to see the light, love, and truth within ourselves and within every one we meet. Help us to see the Divine perfection within ourselves and within each other. Help us to focus upon the inner light, and not the superficial illusion, of other people. Help us to release blame, resentment, unforgiveness, impatience, and other emotions which could block our experience of joy and peace. Help us to stay focused upon the present moment, and to enjoy each moment fully. Help us to release all worries, and to remember to ask for and to accept help along the way.

Angels, please give us clear guidance that we can easily understand, about our own spiritual growth, about our Divine life purpose, and about how we can be happier, kinder, and more at peace.

Angels, please protect the world and everyone in it. We ask that any plots of darkness be revealed to the light, and stopped before they could come to fruition. We join with you in surrounding the world and everyone in it, with light for spiritual growth, healing, and protection.

Angels, please assist the children of the planet, and give us a Divine assignment so that we can help the children. We ask that the children's needs are met. We ask that the children are treated with love, kindness, and respect. We ask that the children keep their sensitivity and spiritual gifts alive and awakened.

We now will silently pray and ask for guidance (for 4 minutes).

Thank you, Angels, for this help, guidance, protection, and assistance. We now open our arms to receive Heaven's help with gratitude and appreciation. We know that the more that we allow ourselves to be helped, the more we are able to help others and the world. Amen.”

Growing Pains

This has been an interesting month for me, truly a time for introspection, shifting and growing. Have you felt these transformative energies too?

Sometimes, as I have been reminded lately, growth can be uncomfortable. I suppose you could call it “growing pains.” It’s not that we don’t want to change, because deep down we know that as we progress and move ahead, our lives will improve. It’s just that it is difficult at times to let go of the things and parts of ourselves that we’ve grown accustomed to. And that’s the part that brings us discomfort. We cling desperately to the “old” trying to avoid the inevitable “new”. Often, we don’t even know what we’re fighting for. We just notice strong emotions surfacing. This is when we need to take notice of the shifts we are going through and go with them, rather than resisting.

Here is some insight I received during a recent meditation:

“There is no loss or gain in moving on. It just is. It is as if the water flows in an upward direction. This would not be “natural.” You are simply going where the current takes you and there is no other way. To move against it would be painful and difficult. You have learned that challenges are merely detours on the Divine path – estuaries in the river that take you “know” where. These are still beautiful places, but stagnant and unmoving. Energy must move.”

We must remember that we are, at our very cores, pure Divine energy. When we let that energy flow naturally and move us higher and higher toward God, the Great Source of All Energy, we realize that growth and change are not to be resisted, but rather to be embraced. It really is so much easier when we “go with the flow.” We must also remember that we are never alone. Our guardian angels and all of helpers in the angelic and spiritual realms stand ready to assist and support us through every transition.

Here are a few affirmations to help ease those growing pains:

• I accept the movement that propels me toward my Divine Life Purpose.

• I go with the flow and transform easily and effortlessly.

• I know that I am fully supported as I follow my path and my divine guidance.

• I welcome the growth and lessons that come along the way and release all of pain and struggle.

• I grow with joy.

Angel Story: A Voice of Comfort

Thanks Aleida for sharing the following story:

In April 1987, I was recently divorced, feeling depressed, and a failure. At my mother's encouragement I decided to make a brand new start and move to Miami where my older brother lived with his wife and 4-year-old son at the time. I was a nurse and I got a job working the night shift in a local hospital.

Working the night shift makes it hard to have a normal life. My brother was trying to help me make new friends and in his church he saw a flyer that announced an upcoming weekend retreat for singles and/or divorced people who want to meet new people and make a brand new start in their lives. Needless to say I went. I met nice people there and the retreat was also geared to helping you release and share feelings to allow you to move forward. We had time for sharing with others and we had time for ourselves in which we spent time reflecting and meditating.

On the last day of the retreat we all met in the chapel. We were instructed to sit separately apart from one another as this time would be spent for each individual to let go of their worries, fears, concerns, etc. and turn it over to God. It was time to "Let Go and Let God In". I chose the last row so that no one was sitting behind me or next to me. I closed my eyes and during this time of asking God to come into my life and help me I felt a gentle hand on my left shoulder and a soft spoken, loving, kind voice whisper in my right ear: "Everything will be all right." I felt this overwhelming love and I felt as if I was being held and comforted at the same time. It brought me to tears.

I opened my eyes and turned around and there was no one there. I knew right there and then that God had sent his Angels to comfort me. It was an unforgettable experience that I still remember it today and can still remember how I felt.
