Angelic Greetings!!

As I was sitting here thinking I don't have time to do a newsletter, the angels gave me the message that I will share with you below. They don't miss a good teaching moment, you know. Time seems to be something I'm grappling with lately and thus, learning about. I admire people who can go without wearing watches. My husband will tell you that I am a clock watcher. Even in the middle of the night, when I wake up, I have to look at that clock. My kids will tell you that I'm a general when it comes to keeping the schedules.

Spiritually, I know there is no such thing as linear time. Yet my experience (and I am pretty sure I am not alone) is that our earth time is moving faster and faster. Maybe that is part of our shift to a higher vibration. And maybe, as the angels say, it is just for us to learn how to work this "new" time or "no" time. I do believe that we can strike a balance and I do know that everything is so much easier we can stop pushing and just relax and move with the flow.

So, as always, I know the following message is for me. But I share it knowing that the angels have given it to all of us.


A Message from the Angels About Time (10/11/07)

Stop pushing yourselves so hard, Dear Ones. You are rushing here and there, racing with time and racing with each other. Your "time" on this heavenly earth is finite, yes. But we tell you this -- you have all the time in the world. When you rush about saying I don't have time, then no, you don't. We offer you a change in your belief system which you can begin to create with affirmations such as "I have all the time in the world" and "I move with the Divine Flow of Eternal Time."

We the angels are unrestricted by earthly time and what we would more appropriately call your earthly notions about time. There are times when you are in meditation, or doing something that you love, or being in love, when you experience this timelessness. The more you can touch these spaces, the more you will bring this feeling into your physical existence.

You feel the urgency deep within to move forward and accomplish what you have set out to do here. That is guiding you in the direction of your dreams. Pay attention. But the push and the pressure and the struggle and the strain all comes from you, Dear Ones. There is no need for it. Give it to us.

We want to tell you that everything is going to be all right. We see that for you and we hold that vision for you, when you can no longer do it for yourself. You deserve only joy and blessings. You deserve to be loved and nurtured and held. You deserve to blossom in your own beauty and to be appreciated for who you truly are.

Lightworkers, we remind you of this: there is no competition in this line of work. When you feel you are not getting far enough fast enough, then it is time to step back and regroup. It is time to disconnect from the ego self and reconnect with the True Self. Then you will remember that it is all in the name of service and love. You can remind yourself by asking "how can I serve today?" or "how can I demonstrate love today?" Look at the children for a reminder as well. They do it so easily, without worrying about the reward. Love is the reward and this is what they know. So too shall you remember.

Let your Love flow through all that you do and then time will flow for you too. Ask us to help you in regards to time. Ask us to help you focus your thoughts on the abundance of time you have, rather than the lack. Many of you have learned to do this with money. Now it's time to transfer those lessons to the non-material world. This will take great trust and a shift in your belief system. We are sure if you look back at how your thoughts and beliefs have shifted over the last decade, you will know that all is possible.

We encircle you with wings of Love and ask you to remember that you are free. You see the birds soaring in the sky, and you think I would like to be like that. You are that and so much more.

A Fall Meditation

Here is a short meditation that is appropriate for this time of year, or any time you just want to let go of some old, dead leaves.

See yourself walking in a beautiful open forest. You are drawn to a large, majestic tree. Go to it. The tree wants to share a valuable experience with you. Get closer and closer to this loving tree, until you are merging with the tree. You are the tree now. Notice your roots, your trunk, your many branches, and all the leaves that you wear. Feel how you sway gently when the wind blows. As the tree, you know that it is time to let go of some of your leaves now. It is time to lighten your load. They have served their purpose and you are grateful. But for your own survival you must let them go. Just notice some of the old, brown leaves on your branches. And as you are ready, gently release them.

You watch as they glide down to the ground below. More and more of your brown leaves are falling. And you are feeling lighter and lighter. That's so much better. Now you have made room for new growth and expansion. Feel your roots going deeper, your trunk extending higher to the sky, and your branches reaching out just a bit farther. You notice that new, vivid green leaves are blossoming on your branches. New life, new opportunity, new beauty to share with the world.

Now take a deep breath and feel yourself stepping out of the tree. Hug the tree and feel its unconditional love. The archangels and your guardian angels encircle you and the tree. The fairies dance around you too. Just feel all this wonderful energy coming to you. You are at peace. You are confident. You are strong and full of energy. Give thanks for this experience and support, and return gently.
